WAKE UP TO PURPOSE #336

IT'S DAY 336 OF 366 DAYS IN 2020!

The worse thing that can happen to a People and Nation, is IGNORANCE IN ACTION and this is what we have been experiencing for so long.

Ignorance is no bliss and it is definitely not a strategy.

The only thing in life that is constant is change and positive change is synonymous with growth.

It is only a foolish man who will keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

The worse shame is not ignorance but the unwillingness to learn.

There are so many people doing the same things day in and day out with no progress. Sadly, these same people, blame everyone else including invincible family witches and wizards for their misfortunes rather than seek solutions.

Before you begin finger pointing, look inwards and cure yourself of the enemy called IGNORANCE.

If you are not intentional about your life, if you do not have plans, if you are not deliberate about your actions, if you don't have clarity of vision, if you don't have dreams and no focus, then permit me to say that YOU ARE YOUR OWN ENEMY.

Ignorance is a curse and a state of darkness and until you step into a place of knowledge and light, you will never know and understand the extent of the darkness you were in.

The only known cure for ignorance is KNOWLEDGE. Develop a growth mindset, challenge yourself to seek new knowledge everyday so you can take informed actions when required.

Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for. Seek to better your best self though knowledge and strategic Actions.

Live a fulfilling life daily by WAKING UP TO PURPOSE.

"Jamaica Ladies"

Jamaica Ladies is the first systematic study of the free and freed women of European, Euro-African, and African descent who perpetuated chattel slavery and reaped its profits in the British Empire. Their actions helped transform Jamaica into the wealthiest slaveholding colony in the Anglo-Atlantic world. Starting in the 1670s, a surprisingly large and diverse group of women helped secure English control of Jamaica and, crucially, aided its developing and expanding slave labor regime by acquiring enslaved men, women, and children to protect their own tenuous claims to status and independence.

Since the 1970s, its flagship product Black Enterprise magazine has covered African-American businesses with a readership of 3.7 million.[2] The company was founded in 1970 by Earl G. The magazine was founded by Earl G. Graves Sr.[6] In January 2006, he named his eldest son, Earl G.
