Here's a rather short but discouraging conversation in my WhatsApp Group of about 100 participants.

As saddening as this exchange might be, it's exactly the kind of catalyst push every loyal Blaqsbi family member needs to do more, brainstorm more and birth ideas more to drive the message home to our millions of brothers and sisters out there and sensitize them better about what unique community we got here.

I'm calling on all brothers and sisters here to do a little more thinking of ways we can better make this family, this platform more appealing to other black folks around the world.

I'm also calling on all of us who are already here NOT to only view posts by others and scroll past them.
Let's engage and interact with other's posting more;

Create Huddles, Join Huddles and create Challenges, join and do other's Challenges. Like, Share, Score, React, Follow others, Comment your thoughts on posts by others or simply appreciate them for engaging.

When others from countries that's not ours comment about what's going on in their countries, show some interest. You may not know much or anything about the country but you can ask one or two simple questions about the country to to have a little clue, do few minutes research if you can, and just say something good about the country.

Whatever the case, just engage other's posts and let's make here more lively for ourselves.

These are just what we can do now while we look-out for other means to promote this community and make black folks to want to be here more.

Remember, it is here, as it is with everything else in life, that our competence and experience of anything we do grows in proportion to the frequency we engage in the practice of such a thing.

PS: The chat screenshots are 4 slides.

"The Persuaders At the Frontlines of the Fight for Hearts, Minds, and Democracy"

The lifeblood of any free society is persuasion: changing other people’s minds in order to change things. But America is suffering a crisis of faith in persuasion that is putting its democracy and the planet itself at risk. Americans increasingly write one another off instead of seeking to win one another over. Debates are framed in moralistic terms, with enemies battling the righteous. Movements for justice build barriers to entry, instead of on-ramps. Political parties focus on mobilizing the faithful rather than wooing the skeptical. And leaders who seek to forge coalitions are labeled sellouts.
